# SatelliteHR — QA issues found on 13 Oct 2026

### ISS-421 · Employee Home page is blank after sign-in
- **Module:** Self service / Home · **Severity:** High · **Found:** 13 Oct 2026
- **Steps:** Sign in as qa.employee1@opsmaven.test or qa.employee2@opsmaven.test. The app lands on `/company/82628593…/me`.
- **Actual:** The page stays empty (no sidebar, no header) for 30 s or more. The browser reports an uncaught page error with the message `undefined`. Other pages for the same user (`/me/leave`, `/me/attendance`) load fine when opened directly.
- **Expected:** The employee's Home page loads, with the header Clock in button.
- **Evidence:** output/evidence/ISS-421-blank-home.png

### ISS-422 · Punch times are stored 5½ hours ahead (IST wall time saved as UTC)
- **Module:** Attendance / clock-in · **Severity:** Low · **Found:** 13 Oct 2026
- **Steps:** As qa.employee2@opsmaven.test, Clock in at 10:46 IST (05:16 UTC; the API's own `Date` header said 05:17 GMT). Read `GET /api/me/attendance/my/clock`.
- **Actual:** The punch is saved as `occurredAt: 2026-10-13T10:46:51Z`, and the response's `now` is `10:47:23Z`. The IST wall-clock time is saved with a UTC marker. The screens convert it back consistently (they show 10:46 am), but anything that reads the API as real UTC (payroll export, integrations, a different browser time zone) is 5 h 30 m off.
- **Expected:** Store real UTC (05:16:51Z), or store local time without a `Z`, together with the employee's time zone.
- **Evidence:** API response logged in scratch/CSV (clock punch 396b6f92-7302-4474-bd4f-c7b58b60d5b5)

### ISS-423 · An approved correction to a full day leaves the day as "Half day"
- **Module:** Attendance / regularization · **Severity:** Medium · **Found:** 13 Oct 2026
- **Steps:** QA Employee One's 9 Oct missed-punch correction was approved earlier (by another tester). Open Attendance → Overview or Calendar for 9 Oct, or `GET /api/company/attendance/days?from=2026-10-09&to=2026-10-09`.
- **Actual:** The day has first in 09:00 and last out 20:00, 10.5 worked hours, and no late or early-exit codes, but `dayStatus` is still `half_day`. The muster shows HD, and the employee's own summary counts it under "Half days" (Days present 0). The employee calendar shows "10.5h" for the same day.
- **Expected:** Applying a correction recalculates the status. A 10.5-hour day with no exceptions is Present.
- **Evidence:** output/evidence/ISS-423-muster.png (row QA Employee One, 9 Oct = HD)
